1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents residing within Home Zone Furniture's 70-mile delivery radius from your nearest store, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries from residents outside this delivery radius will be disqualified. Employees of Home Zone Furniture, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
2. How to Enter
A. To enter, sign up for the Midlothian Insider list at https://homezonefurniture.com/pages/become-a-midlothian-insider between now and 8/1/2026. Each completed sign-up counts as one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person; duplicate sign-ups using the same email address will count as a single entry.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – No Purchase Required)
To enter without signing up online, mail a 3x5 index card with your full name, phone number, and email address to:

Postmarked by 8/1/2026 and received by 8/4/2026.
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Home Zone Furniture gift card/store credit. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about 8/5/2026. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days. An alternate winner may be selected if a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days.
5. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
- Be disqualified if any attempt is made to manipulate or defraud the entry process.
- Release and hold harmless Home Zone Furniture and its respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.
6. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Privacy
Information collected will be used in accordance with Home Zone Furniture's Privacy Policy.
