Local Orders

Home Zone Furniture offers a 7-day exchange and return window for local delivery and pickup orders. The 7-day period begins the day after delivery or pickup.

Customers may make a one-time exchange for another item as long as the merchandise is in like-new condition. There are no restocking fees for exchanges. A new delivery fee will apply to the replacement item.

Special order merchandise is eligible for a one-time exchange. A new delivery fee will apply to the replacement item.

Returns are available within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Returned merchandise must be in like-new condition. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original delivery fees are non-refundable, and a pickup or delivery fee may apply.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange: clearance items, as-is merchandise, mattresses, and bedding products.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is processed. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days. Cash refunds are issued by check and generally arrive within 10–14 days.

Nationwide Orders

Nationwide orders are delivered through third-party furniture carriers and are subject to a separate return policy. Customers have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The 7-day period begins the day after delivery.

Approved nationwide returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping charges. Return shipping costs are determined by the carrier and may exceed $500 depending on the size of the furniture and delivery location.

Customers do not need to retain original packaging. Once a return request is approved, Home Zone Furniture will coordinate pickup with the carrier.

Orders canceled after they have shipped from our warehouse are subject to the same return fees, including the 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return: custom or special-order merchandise, clearance items, as-is merchandise, mattresses, pillows, sheets, and adjustable bases.
