Home Zone Furniture Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Texas and Oklahoma who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries from residents of other U.S. states or jurisdictions will be disqualified. Employees of Home Zone Furniture, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

A. Review-Based Entry (Purchase Required)

To enter, submit a verified product review by email or through www.homezonefurniture.com between September 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025. Each valid review submitted during the sweepstakes period counts as one (1) entry if it is a rating-only review, or two (2) entries if the review contains both a rating and text of at least 25 characters. Limit one entry per product purchased. Multiple reviews are allowed only for products that the entrant has actually purchased.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – No Purchase Required)

To enter without making a purchase or submitting a review, mail a 3x5 index card with your full name, phone number, and email address to:

Cards must be postmarked by October 31, 2025 and received by November 3, 2025. Limit one AMOE entry per person.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $2,500 Home Zone Furniture gift card/store credit. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the discretion of the sponsor.

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about November 5, 2025. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days. An alternate winner may be selected if a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days.

5. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
• Be disqualified if any attempt is made to manipulate or defraud the entry process.
• Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Home Zone Furniture, Bazaarvoice, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

6. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with Home Zone Furniture’s Privacy Policy.
