Home Zone Furniture Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Texas and Oklahoma, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries from residents of other U.S. states or jurisdictions will be disqualified. Employees of Home Zone Furniture, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

A. Review-Based Entry (Purchase Required)

To enter, submit a product review through your order confirmation email or on the product page at www.homezonefurniture.com between June 1, 2025, and July 27, 2025.

• Only reviews linked to an actual purchase (marked as Verified Buyer or confirmed through internal records) are eligible.
• Limit one (1) entry per unique product purchased and reviewed.
• Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the purchased product. Duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent reviews will be disqualified.
• Eligible review-based entries may qualify for a refund of your qualifying order, up to $2,500.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – No Purchase Required)

To enter without making a purchase or submitting a review, mail a 3x5 index card with your full name, phone number, and email address to:

Cards must be postmarked by July 27, 2025 and received by July 30, 2025. Limit one AMOE entry per person.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• If the winning entry is from a Verified Buyer review, the prize will be a refund of the qualifying purchase (up to $2,500).
• If the winning entry is submitted via AMOE, the prize will be a $2,500 Home Zone Furniture gift card.

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 30, 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days.

If the selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 7 days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Abide by these Official Rules and all decisions made by the Sponsor.
• Be disqualified if any attempt is made to manipulate or defraud the entry process.
• Allow the Sponsor to verify purchases for review-based entries.
• Release and hold harmless Home Zone Furniture, Bazaarvoice, and their employees, officers, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

6. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or approval.

7. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with Home Zone Furniture’s Privacy Policy.
